Pool Rules

1) Use the pool at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
2) No animals allowed.
3) Be considerate - no yelling or other loud noises.
4) No running, pushing or other dangerous horseplay.
5) Management reserves the right to deny use of pool to anyone at any time.
6) Dive only in the deep end.
7) No more than ONE guest allowed per resident. Bringing more than one guest requires special permission from Gigabricks.
8) Pool area must be kept clean at all times. Clean up after yourself!
Pool Hours 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Any violations may result in eviction proceedings. Thank you for making Fern street your home.

We are pleased to announce that the Fern Street renovations are complete! We hope that everyone is enjoying the property. New Orleans summers are hot, so enjoy the pool and cabanna area!

Please place closed garbage bags in the garbage containers provided on the property. This is a way to maintain cleanliness in the area. Thank you.

Gigabricks, LLC in partnership with ClearNow, Inc gives you the option of having your rent payment automatically debited from your bank account on a set date. With ClearNow, your payment will always be received on time preventing late charges, there will be need to write a check, and you will be saving money on postage!

Dear tenants, wireless internet will be down on Wednesday March 29th from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. During these hours regular maintenance will be performed on the wireless router. Thanks for your cooperation.
